Pet

I hired Eric for a really important event and he knocked it out of the stadium. Would use him again!

Love the atmosphere and genuine helpfulness of the staff. It is still growing it's inventory into dog and cat supplies. Can't wait for my next visit!!

Great selection of food and toys for dogs, really nice owners. It was lovely to meet Stella, a brand new rescue member of their family!

Frankie got a top notch grooming and seemed happy with his experience too.Very accommodating staff and a nice new clean facility. Very professional place and reasonable.

Attentive employees, clean, modern interiors. Warm, welcoming atmosphere situated in an area on Calgary Trail where there are tons of parking. It is also very accessible by public transportation.

Great store, helpful & friendly staff, a good variety of products!

The only car wash in town that I could actually find. And it was good, its a wand wash but its a drive through bay so if the person ahead of you is taking a lot longer you might have to wait for them to be finished before you can leave.

Accommodating, clean, well priced. Dog seemed happy. Great option for visitors that can't take their dog for the day. Definitely an option for future travels.

LOVE my PJ’s I purchased last Christmas. Super comfortable and I love the style.

We just finished a weekend in Banff with two different sitters from this company and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. This was the first time as a new mom I left my baby with someone other than family (he is 9 months) so I was a little nervous but all of that was quickly put aside once I spoke to Jess and met our sitter Emma. Seriously the sweetest babysitter I was able to leave and enjoy the wedding we were there to attend. Can’t recommend this company and their sitters enough.

I was in the store yesterday with my mom, I wanted to buy some cookies for my dog Ellie. They looked so amazing! But, the older taller lady with grey hair to her shoulders didn't even say hi, and failed to ask someone else to help us out as we waited at the cookie counter for more than 5 mins. As we waited as she talked forever to this one couple about getting a harness for a new puppy. She needs to work on her multi serving skills because there was another customer in the store too getting the poor client service as well. I'm from Calgary and I love the dog park there, it would be cool to stop by for treat for my dog. I recommend not coming here.

Fine, small selection

Went in to buy pet food. Excellent service from staff to find what we needed. Suggestions an info to receive coupons. Friendly👍😁service

Awesome store and staff! I searched all around Kamloops and Salmon Arm for a proper screened chameleon terrarium but nobody stocked one except for AJ's. I called the store and they had a few to choose from and when I arrived to pick up a cage the lovely lady at the front helped me decide on the larger cage that my chameleon will grow into in no time. She was so very helpful and was able to cut me a huge deal on the new terrarium as well as they had a slightly damaged automatic mister system for super cheap. Got everything I was searching for plus more at unreal prices. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wish I was closer to AJ's, I would shop there all the time from now on but I'm 2hrs away. Highly recommend anyone to stop by and check out the store and shop at AJ's.

Stop very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to go twice this week because I just bought a few tins after the vet's office and my mature cat who is 17 and fussy very fussy really enjoyed the cat food that I purchased from this establishment. They are just lovely people and very helpful. I will continue purchasing from this establishment. Have a great day everyone
