Pet

Was good in a pinch but the ramp is too small for larger dogs and the chain to secure them to the tub was also very short to the point I had to use a leash instead.

She might be wonderful - if you can make contact. About two months ago, I began attempting to contact Lesley's Pet Parlor. First I phoned, but could never get an answer except from a machine that says "This is not an answering machine". Then I tried arranging an appointment through her website. I never heard back. Then I tried contacting her on Facebook. But I never heard back. Then I finally got through to a human on the phone who set up an appointment ten days away, so we waited even longer. On that date and time, which I am very certain of, I carried my cat to the Pet Parlor, a half an hour each way. When I arrived, 15 minutes early, the place was closed and locked up despite the times posted. I called the number while standing outside the locked door, but this time the machine said it would take messages for cancellations. I left a message explaining that we were not a cancellation, and that we were there for our appointment, and I also left my phone number. After that, someone from one of the neighboring businesses came out and explained that Lesley was not even in town. It has been about two weeks now, and I still have not heard back. I finally ended up attempting to do a two person job, by myself, because my poor cat could wait no longer. The unreliability and unaccountability of this business caused my cat undue suffering, and I cannot recommend this business.

Amazing customer service by far my favourite groomer

Went and used the dog wash at Prince George and it was terrible. Watery soap and the blow dryer was cold and so hard. I will never go back. Hope they are all not like that. We used it because we were camping. Love the Peachland one..they are very helpful.

I’m very pleased with my experience here every time I do laundry , A great place accompanied by really friendly staff that is super helpful!

Very caring helpful staff

It's great walking into a place where they know your name and what you usually come for

Lots of cool creatures to check out. Good selection of everything pets.

My dog loves Double Mac Farms. She is excited to arrive and tired when she leaves. The staff are friendly.

very helpful welcoming staff with lots of products to chose choose from

Excellent office and friendly customer service.

I never went in to this location before till Patti started working there. It was a pleasant experience. You get one on one help with your insurance advisor. And you even get to sit down with them and arent rushed. They sell insurance and investments.

Great customer service from everyone we dealt with! Great selection of boots. Especially for size 12 and up
