Absolutely DO NOT buy from this breeder. Connie only cares about turning a profit, I would give zero stars if I could. I brought home my male kitten, Ben, on a Friday night. He was vet checked and given his first vaccinations on the Thursday prior, a week later than he was supposed to. He would not eat any of the TLC food provided, and Connie told me this was normal as he was still adjusting. He had still not eaten or drank anything by Sunday. We tried various foods, but he was completely uninterested. Again, she said this was normal. By Monday he had full blown diarrhea and vomiting as well as lethargy. I had to take him to my family vet for x-rays and blood work ($500+). I told Connie about my concerns and she told me that blood work was unnecessary and that all he needed was antibiotics for a bacterial infection. She offered to replace him with a kitten from a future litter if I returned him (2 hour drive). By this point he was in critical condition and had to be taken to the emergency vet clinic, as he was too ill to make the commute back. The vet discovered ulcers in his mouth and on his tongue that are caused by a viral infection often found in catteries, one that he was supposedly vaccinated against. His weaker immune system made him susceptible to viruses before the vaccine could become effective. We were forced to leave him in the clinic for 3 days, with IV fluids and in isolation, as his condition was critical and extremely contagious to our other cats ($2000+). When I notified Connie of this, she claimed that the kitten contracted something after arriving home with me, despite the fact that he had zero appetite from the moment I received him. Each veterinarian confirmed that the infection began prior to Friday, despite him appearing healthy and showing no symptoms during his check up on Thursday. She claimed that because her adult cats and other kittens appeared healthy, that there was no way to prove it happened earlier (again, only concerned if she can be proved at fault). Cats are often carriers without showing symptoms, and FCV is prevalent in catteries where young kittens have not yet been vaccinated. This shows her lack of experience and knowledge, as she had only administered one round of vaccines (late, and the day before he was brought home) that were not yet effective. We asked to be reimbursed the $750 we paid for him, as each veterinarian we consulted, as well as the pet insurance company she provided, stated that what Ben had was a pre-existing condition. By this point we had already put $3000 into a sick kitten we had got 4 days prior, and we were hoping at least the $750 would help pay off the insane medical costs. If we removed him from the emergency clinic fluids and care, he would die. She requested invoices and medical records as proof of illness, which we sent. Connie refused to refund us unless Ben died, and even then she would only give us back $500, because the $250 security deposit was non-refundable. “If the cat lives, no refund I’m sorry”. Connie clearly has no sympathy. We expected to receive a healthy kitten, and what we got is far from it. Several weeks later and still no contact regarding his health. She refused to cooperate with us and offer any kind of support and health guarantee since we were unable to return him due to his condition. If we were to return him, she would not cover any of the vet bills we had to pay prior to his return, but she would only exchange him for another kitten. The contract we signed only covers genetic and congenital defects. There are no exceptions despite the fact that Ben was in critical condition 48 hours after leaving her facility. I am disgusted that someone meant to raise family companions can act in such a way. When paying good money to purchase a cat from a breeder, the kitten should be healthy, no exceptions. There are far more experienced and sympathetic breeders out there, who breed for love, not purely for profit. Buyers beware of Enchanting Ragdolls! Attached are just glimpses of some of the many vet bills paid!

Sheena was genuinely interested in the betterment of the relationship between our new rescue dog and all the members of our family, both human and animal. The methods she suggested were straight forward and easy to implement.
