Close to my home and open late even Saturday, that's exactly what I need with my busy schedule. Some guys there are nice and helpful, some - not as much. Or maybe that was a busy day and they got tired. They listened and proposed me cat food options explaining the difference. I don't like when I get under pressure by sales staff to by something specific. Here that was not an issue at all. They heard me, they cared about my choice.

Love the Trainers, Staff and Facility. Currently have 1 of our Dogs, ASH"es", enrolled in an Obedience class.

Amazing service and honesty. Everyone from Jason to the store manager to the lady at the back live fish area. They stop, listen and then suggest. I don’t feel at any time that a product is being pushed on me unless it’s totally needed. A happy and returning customer.

Absolutely could not recommend this place more, staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the products they sell are very high quality (my dogs love them!) Really refreshing and nice to see a pet store that actually cares about its clientel (and their pets) over their profits
