When I moved into the area, I did not know anyone, to even ask about any services available. After 6 months of trial and well trial, I needed a dependable person for my two Newfs, one elderly dog with cancer and a brand new Newf pup ! I contacted Katherine at Belles Pet Services for help. I was set at ease immediately. Katherine 's professional approach and friendly first meeting really helped. Her references and experience were obvious and her nonjudgmental way , gracious. My elder Newf passed away a few months ago however my pup has been with Belles now since May 2018. He is always welled cared for, fed and happy when he returns home . Katherine is very professional with all documentation and invoicing. Any concern or question is brought up immediately and that makes all the difference in the world . All pick ups and care is taken place without a hitch. I would recommend this service for many different situations . Grrat for those who need series in their own home, and awesome for the pet that lives company and likes to play all day !!! I've been in here a few times. However last time my pup and I were in the person working was rude to me and my pup. My pup is nervous about kids n talks a bit. But we was sitting and always listens well to me. However the person working said my dog is very disobedient and needs training because he was barking at kids that came running at him. Well that being said he was rescued at a young age by me from people who let their small kids hurt him. Sorry but the person working there needs to learn manners and maybe she needs to go back to training her self.

This store/resource was amazing for my 12 yr old dog who suffers from seizures. We buy raw dog food as well as an amazing product called EZ mobility. This lady who owns the store is so knowledgeable and helpful I can't say enough about her knowledge and genuine concern for her customers (human and canine/feline as well as horses) but mostly her willingness to find out or research/ help in anyway possible. I totally recommend u stop by and check out Critter Comforts in Napanee!
