Pet

I always have a good experience and my dog loves her.

Never take your dog here. Unclean place. Very rough with small dogs. They cut my dogs face and her eyes were full of pieces of hair trimmings. They handed her back to me very angry that she had squirmed so much. My dog was totally tramatized and was sick for a week afterwards with diarrhea and cold like symptoms. They also hot glued a flower to her ear that burnt her skin and pulled off her hair. Very bad place!

Had my cat Gracie shaved and the service was excellent I will be going back 😁

Il n'y a pas de mot pour décrire mon expérience. J'ai le meilleur Grey du monde. Et ils m'ont appris à être la meilleure leader possible. MERCI DU FOND DU COEUR

Jackie is a fantastic groomer. She has very reasonable prices, she offers walk in service as well as booked appointments. She loves animals and the work that she does! We bring our corgi dog to her to get his nails trimmed and we are always so happy with the experience!

Super friendly, does amazing work.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. If I could give no stars I would. Took my four mini schnauzers in for grooming last Friday. They had been there once before with no major issues, just razor burn. Was messaged by groomer two hours into the appointment that her clippers died and I needed to come get my dogs and that I only had to pay for the two she groomed. I completely understood and headed over. Was greeted by her at the front door of the house where she told me my one mini had been cut. He had been cut all the way up the one side of his ear and his ear was covered in drying blood, and instead of calling me, bandaging the wound or going to a vet, she used a nail trim remedy on my dogs ear which is like pouring alcohol into an open wound but told me that he didn’t make a sound. I am now dealing with a dog that has a horrible cut down one side of his ear and also has cuts on his one hind leg. Groomer still wanted to charge me and was very nonchalant about the whole incident. I would definitely not recommend this place!!

Lovely job on my Daisy. Perfection. Perfect paws. We will be going back.🐶

Wouldn't go to anyone but Brenda. Does on pet at a time .No assembly line

I highly reccomend Brenda's grooming Academy to anyone looking to get the highest education to get into the grooming field or if you need a pet groomed! I had lots one on one attention with head instructor Brenda D, and I love their hands on approach! The dogs are treated with the upmost respect and the facilities are large and superbly clean. I graduated my class feeling confitent to groom on my own and opening my own company. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECCOMEND
