We recently took our two doodles to see Shane and Heather at Pawsh Pets, in Carp. It was wonderful to be able to leave both dogs together and receive a phone call when they were ready. Both dogs came out looking wonderfully fluffy and happy. Heather and Shane are very knowledgeable and have great customer service, with attention to detail. Also, prices on the grooming and treats/brushes are very reasonable, which is important when you have two large hairy dogs like we do :-) We’re looking forward to bringing our guys back soon.

This service provided good, careful grooming. Our dog was treated with respect. His coat was shining and so was his smile. I could tell he liked it. The owner answered all my questions with knowledge and honesty. We will be repeat customers.

Love these jackets! I have two of them, the Rain Slicker and the Great White North. Both are of amazing quality, and I get asked often about them while out on walks. The sizing initially was a little bit tricky, but customer service was great and these jackets will last a long time! What a wonderful Canadian company.

I absolutely love Tails and Trails! My two little guys are in such good hands, and the pet journal add-on has been well worth the extra money! I look forward to seeing their little faces every day! It's great to know they're in such good hands, and they adapt the attention given based on each cat's personality. I feel very comfortable with this place, and I'm confident in their ability to care for my furbabies. I can tell the cats are comfortable too, which is what's most important. Thank you guys, for everything you do :)
