They take great care of my dog and I love the wellness plan.

Nice of them to send dogs out to be adopted that need surgery and as i can see im not the only one that ended up with a surprise for a pup that needs to be put down at my expense and kids that are crying , bad enough that you do not answer calls or emails . If i had a choice you would not get any stars but it wont post without at least 1, so your lucky on that . thank you spca west island .

Highly recommend Seirios K9 for any type of training for your dog. We drive all way down from Ottawa just for the training with Chris, facility principal. Service is professional. 5 stars - no hesitation!

I have been to other places in the area and nothing came close to the prices and service I got at Petes Superbike. I went there for 2 tires and ended up leaving with a new Alpinestars suit and HJC helmet. The staff took the time to answer all my questions I didn’t feel pushed at all. No return policy! People should read these comments Before spending money here! Fish tanks are expensive and non returnable even if not used. Even though we should read the invoice.. No one stops to read the bill after paying. Especially for expensive items this store should post no returns exchange only at the cash register in big letters so that everybody sees it! Even though shops in Quebec are not obliged to refund a purchase it would give us the opportunity to purchase from shops that think enough of customer service that they will refund. Some places think more of customer service than others.
