Over the moon with Trupanion. They were so quick and helpful with Auggies broken Elbow. In less then 24 hours they took care of everything, direct billing was handled and they were in contact with my vet the entire time. There was no third party situations necessary. I’ve been here a few times now, including today, to get my rabbits nails clipped. Nothing but good experiences, especially because my rabbit is a little skittish and they’re always perfect with him. The Condition we got Oreo back home tells;
the Staff members are Knowledgeable and professionals ,even when he got diahrrea ,they delt in professional way,I really like because it is same I do to get him better.
Oreo came home happy not depressed active and playing and eating as usual not SLEEPY for 2 days also ,they gave him complementary shower which was really great to take from my shoulder .
