Nice place for cheep shopping

Liz is hands down the best trainer in the Okanagan. She has helped with Kitsu immensely. There was an incident at daycare which he now displays symptoms of fear towards other dogs but Liz has worked with us and been so accommodating. I have seen HUGE improvement in Kitsu over the last while and he's almost back to where he was before.

Nikki took the time to figure out exactly what we were looking to have done to our golden doodle for his first grooming with her. She legitimately takes one dog at a time, and does not use kennels - making it a relaxing environment for the dog. I highly recommend Nikki!

Lindsey and her team are the best!

We have had Bear our all black GSD for 10 Awesome years now. He is the best dog I have ever had. Loyal smart and well behaved. We were a validated team in wilderness air scent for Search and Rescue for 4 years he is now retired. Very good prey drive, very good nose, he was also trained in HRD. Loved to tug, find people and articles. We still go out and train he still loves having a job to do, Thank you Ruth for this amazing dog. Sandy Gammie

We adopted kittens there as a support from Critteraid. It is great they support a local cat sactuary. They also give an adoption booklet with discounts which helps when adopting.

We have been boarding our two cats with Helen for the last two years and have been very happy with her care. Our female cat is very nervous and high-maintenance around strangers and other cats, and Helen's patient, calm and matter-of-fact attitude has been very helpful in settling our little stress-bunny. She even sends a text whilst we're away to report how they are doing! Helen provides a clean, calm environment in this customized cattery in her own home, with "playtime" in a separate area for her residents, but the most telling part of the care she gives, is that when we return home with our cats, they are happy and healthy with no signs of stress. Sweet Petite is our "go-to" when we need to board our kitties and I highly recommend it.

I recently took a first aid renewal course at this location. The facility has definitely undergone some upgrades since my first class back in 2012. On my last visit they had well kept classrooms, a lunchroom with a Keurig coffee machine and pods for sale, as well as all sorts of first aid kits and equipment for sale. Unlike some of the companies I’ve taken first aid with, St. John Ambulance instructors covered the course material in detail and provided lots of exercises to actually practice what was being taught.

Not a good place to take your dog, especially smaller breeds. Our ended up with a yeast infection in both ears and was hurt. Instead of calling us they decided to put him in a crate and waited for us to pick him up. When we questioned the owner and staff all different kind of stories came up. Take your dog to someone who care about them...this place doesn't.
