I cannot say enough positive things about this business. Maureen is so wonderful with our pets and cares for them like they're her own. We've used her for grooming and boarding. She's perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absolute Kennels!

Fernando did a wonderful job training my dogs to walk on leash without any pulling. Whenever I need to leave town I board my dogs at the kennel. My dogs have a wonderful time playing with the other small dogs. I have also had my dogs groomed at the facility and they look a wonderful. The staff are very personable and flexible.

Great selection and variety, my go-to for raw food. The staff are fantastic; very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lila is a very terrible Communicator she tells lies, she cancels appointments that are appeasing for her to feel she can, with lack of proper communication with her customers, VIA A TEXT, not even a phone call..This has happened 2 times now . She waits until just the day before or 2 days prior to the appt, this leaving you stranded to find a groomer to do the PROPER job. I feel that in cutting Our beloved family Pomeranian dog the way she did , Lila did not do an adequate job of what I asked for, with a specific picture in hand, to work with And Especially for the cost of the cut. .This was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Also when we got home with our dog Molly, I noticed her paws had a wee bit of blood on the hair, by her freshly cut nails. Lila is an unconscionable customer service person, and a terrible Groomer. She may be a caring animal person , BUT her LACK of Personal Communication Customer Service WITH CUSTOMERS AND ATTENTIVE CARE to the dogs/cats IS at best are a -10. I would NEVER Nor could you PAY ME to take my dog to her unsanitised place of business AGAIN. If I COULD GIVE A 0 . I WOULD.

Not sure why you would turn away a customer instead of honoring online pricing. Drove up from Westsyde for an item I found online. $6 more in-store. Wasted my time and gas coming here. Usually get great service here. But today stood near the desk for about three minutes before one of the ladies chatting with a co-worker came over.
