Pet

Fantastic pet grooming store (and school). Staff are friendly and amazing. They're prompt as well. They take appointments and can also very frequently handle walk-in appointments as well.

I attended the Alberta School of Dog Grooming in April 2015, the school was awesome, I learned way more than I could have ever imagined. The instructors are great people, it is the best learning environment I have ever experienced! :)

Great place for my 2 dogs. Very flexible.

My dog loves this place, will always go back!

I love this place ! Just moved in in October:) . Honest I was so scared to live in an apartment cuz I heard so many people had bad experiences but this place was so welcoming and peaceful. Sharon and Kip made me feel so comfortable and they are the best :) . Best decision I made .. thanks Sharon and Kip Perron for your hard work . They do their best keep this place safe and peaceful. In -40 when we like to stay in and warm I see these guys cleaning sidewalks and other chores to keep everyone safe . Thanks guys for your hard work and thanks for keep us safe :) . I recommend Kelson Group to all my friend and family ! Prices are decent too :)

An excellent facility with dedicated staff. It's clear they want what's best for these animals.

Very cute dogs and reliable staff

First impressions were really good from the moment I drove up. Looks professional and inviting. Relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. All the dogs playing outside seem happy and well taken care of. The inside is adorable and decorated like a home. The kennels are really big and have an outdoor space as well. The dogs also get to play in groups for a couple of hours twice a day. My one peev is that when I asked if they would give my dog PB in her Kong as a snack, they said they would but when I picked her up, all her belongings were still in her bag unused/unopened. I also don't think they used her blanket I asked for them to put on her bed so she could have smells from home. Not a huge deal, but when paying above the average price for a kennel, I kind of expect that my directions are followed. Otherwise, great place and I felt comfortable dropping my dog off.

I'm not trying to bash the groomer here at all by any means but I was not very satisfied when I took my dog here. Ofcourse I didn't look him over too much when I picked him up because I wanted to get him out asap as he was stressed out, but that's because I'm usually the one that grooms him. I'm very picky but I really didn't know I'm supposed to let the groomer know what I prefer, as she said what she was going to do, which was a bath, a deshedding and having his teeth, nails and ears done; and I was fine with that. I had asked how long the deshedding is supposed to last and was told up to 3 months, depending on the dog and allergies etc. I noticed when I had got my dog home that he was still shedding and to the day he is still shedding - it's been 6 days since he was groomed. I checked his nails and his ears and neither were cleaned nor cut. The backs of his legs were shaved poorly and for some reason the groomer shaved some of his tail which I don't know why but it is noticeably uneven. My dog also had a small matt under his ear that was not touched and I had to cut it off with scissors. All in all, for the price of the grooming, and the poor job done on my dog, I will not recommend this groomer to anybody, but it could have been a bad day, this I'm not sure of, I know she is recommended a lot on social media but I'm just one person who is picky on how my dog is groomed so I will not be taking him back. Service was good I will admit though. Note the shedding pictures is only from petting my dog for a minute or two, he leaves more when he scratches or is brushed but I don't have any pictures from that, as it's just to show that the deshedding did not work.

The store is permanently closed.

great store. a must see for anyone in the fish hobby.. owner was very knowledgeable and welling to help.

Christy did an excellent job and will be definitely using her dog grooming services again!!!

This is the only place in Lloyd I send my dogs fro day care and grooming.

Very clean and bright apartments...very comfortable! The staff are ever-present and are eager to help. The building is maintained very well. I would highly recommend any of the properties listed under the Broadstreet name!

The Building is well kept and clean, just the staff needs to start enforcing the parking rules.
