Very caring helpful staff

Was good in a pinch but the ramp is too small for larger dogs and the chain to secure them to the tub was also very short to the point I had to use a leash instead.

Went and used the dog wash at Prince George and it was terrible. Watery soap and the blow dryer was cold and so hard. I will never go back. Hope they are all not like that. We used it because we were camping. Love the Peachland one..they are very helpful.

It's great walking into a place where they know your name and what you usually come for

Great customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable. Dog wash area is always clean, lots of towels, dog shampoo and dog treats. Pleasure to visit and shop.

I never went in to this location before till Patti started working there. It was a pleasant experience. You get one on one help with your insurance advisor. And you even get to sit down with them and arent rushed. They sell insurance and investments.

I have been sending all of my pets to Tammy for years. Our dogs love her and she does a fantastic job. Extra attention is paid to ears, eyes and paws and she has a soft spot for senior dogs. She is easy going and very accommodating and is always super busy. I typically book a month in advance. People must understand that her setup is for smaller to medium breeds only.

Cuz they are great people

Came across one day by chance as it's near my home. The only place I'll ever want to take my fluff ball from now on! Such personal service, you just know your fur baby is in good hands ❤
