Zarina is a 16 year old Maltipoo and her teeth were really bad when we first found out about Pampered Pets. Due to her age I didn't want her to go under anesthetic at the vet's office but I was really worried about the condition of her teeth and her advanced age. Rupert is 10, his teeth weren't as bad as Zarina's but definitely needed cleaning . Finding out about Pampered Pets was wonderful. Rhonda and Tamra were awesome with Zarina and Rupert. They took their time with Zarina to make sure that she wasn't too stressed through out the process. They were always professional and accommodating to make sure that Zarina and Rupert had as little discomfort as possible. Today both their teeth are clean and their gums are not infected. We are very grateful for what the ladies at Pampered Pets did for us.

I just had my 3 cats nails trimmed, staff were very friendly and my cats are very happy with their nails...we will be back.

they have changed the landscape of the reptiles and fish for the better. our wallets are glued to this place now. in all honesty we stopped coming here a few years back because the inventory of rep/fish was all common cheaper generic stuff. they weren't changing anything. we didn't know what they were doing to be perfectly honest like they didn't care. we started going to other places that actually had good inventory. so we gave roger's another visit. we are here to tell you that roger's rocks now and we love it. what a face lift! check it out.

This PetSmart's Grooming Salon is the very best - I wouldn't take my dog, Roxy, anywhere else. Request Lauren, Tiffany, or Chantal because they're just amazing.

My puppy is my CHILD and I trust Zoomies implicitly with her. It pains me to read of the less-than-stellar reviews of experiences some people have had. The staff and owner are more than amazing with all the dogs that attend this daycare, and they treat them as if they were their own. If my puppy was being mistreated or didn't like the place, I would know. The staff are attentive and caring, and have one more than one occasion sat with my baby to ensure she ate her lunch. I can't rave enough about Zoomies and am blessed I found a home-away-from-home for my fur baby. Thanks to the Zoomies team! Keep up the awesome job!

I have been around to quite a few groomers and I have to say that Charlie’s Pet Spa is by far my favourite place to bring my dogs. They are so inclusive of all breeds and handle each dog differently to properly mesh with that dogs characteristics, it’s fantastic to see. I know that when I drop either of my dogs off that they are in great hands and will be handled and groomed properly and with respect. I have a Rottweiler x Pitbull and a Shih Tzu and both of them love going to Charlie’s pet spa! Recommend 10/10. Diesel and Charlie will see you soon!
