Paul is amazing. My dog loves going there. Paul is very mindful of what the customer has asked for, and his experience with dogs helps so much because he will call me during my dogs appointments if he sees anything weird with his skin or paws etc. Highly recommend. I’d give him 6 stars if I could.

Friendly helpful staff, the best prices.

They have everything here, and you can usually find knowledgeable staff...though be careful, not all of the staff have knowledge to match their enthusiasm. Still, with their advice I got a large (40gal) fish tank healthy and alive for six weeks (and hatched new fish). I am a first timer and many things could have gone wrong, but the Petsmart staff gave me all the information and fish junk I needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. You can bring your animals into the store with you and it's nothing to stress over if your furry one has an accident on the floor, as they have signs posted saying as much and to just let staff know if it happens. I love their dog wash! It's $10 which includes the use of their bath area and all bathing products. They have a nice selection of different shampoos and conditioners as well as odour sprays. They provide the towels and they also have rubber aprons so you can stay dry during the process.

This place is amazing. I have a really small dog, who’s so small, he requires a special size harness that I can only buy at this place. I had to replace his harness as his was chewed and the snap clip broke as well, I called them to see if they had them in stock. They did so I went in to pick it up and the woman there was SO helpful. Not only did we discover that my dogs size was even smaller than the harness we had previously spoken about, she got the proper size, and she adjusted it for my little guy. I was looking at their toothbrushes and mentioned how I was having trouble brushing his teeth, can anyone relate?... lol... and she gave me a very quick tip that I just tried out and it had me brushing my dogs teeth within 5 mins! He would previously pack his head away and snap at me or his mom before! I’d recommend this place because they just have great ideas and solutions. Thank you again! Zen

Usual average visit to the groomers Average grooming times: 1-2 hours Frequency of brushing dog's hair before grooming: rarely Average duration between grooming: 3-6 months Previous groomers which provided our dog with a desired finish 1. Doggy Doos (Richmond) 2. South Paws (Ladner) Unfortunately both were booked and he needed to be groomed so U turned to this establishment. Things mentioned by Groomer: Stated how difficult it was to groom the dog as he doesn't get frequently brushed, and is the first time I've ever received this comment. Dog was never bathed after the grooming service (perhaps not provided here?). I also felt a sense of rush and urgency from the groomer as if they needed to be somewhere (time was 4:45ish PM PST). Due to this rushed sense of feeling, it was the first time I've been asked by the service provider to hold the dog up for the groomer to cut his nails. The photo posted with the three dogs looking up at a treat is within 1 hour after his groom at this establishment. The next three photos are within 4 hours of a previous groom from other service providers mentioned above. With 23 years of experience, I would expect the groomer being able to inspect a dog to point out that the service would be tougher/ longer to provide and perhaps even cost extra. Although this dialog did not happen, I would have been completely fine being turned away if the groomer was not being so ambitious and did not believe they could provide the service within their personal time schedule. *note* previous review done by "Ryan W", was done by my brother, but I felt compelled that a post with pictures needed to be posted to fully describe the situation. I'm sure she isn't a terrible person as some describe in their reviews and I'll take ownership with taking the gamble of trying out a new place. Do take note that your mileage may vary taking your dog here.

Only rated one star because I couldn't leave zero. This is the absolute WORST company. My mother in law hired them to come groom our dog while we were away on vacation. When we came home and saw him SHAVED we were livid!!!! We have a Keeshond which is a double coated dog that should NEVER, EVER be shaved!!!! When we contacted the company the manager came out to see us and our dog and told us 'he looks happy' and defended what they did. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! Our dogs coat took a full year to grow back and he got skin infections. He now has allergies and constant irritated skin which he is on medication for. His coat has never been the same since. I would strongly urge anyone looking for a professional groomer to look elsewhere because you won't find one here.
