I used to dread taking my dog (Ronda) any where but after training with Hana I have confidence in Ronda's obedience.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter lost her husband and my granddaughters their father in November. They were separated at the time, and my daughter was treated immediately with disdain and complete lack of empathy. My oldest granddaughter was only 12, so Mackay immediately aligned with their Uncle who has nothing to do with the kids, and rarely saw his brother. The ashes were sent to the girls uncle, and now 3 months later the children are still destroyed by his loss and they have no ashes to comfort them. Everyone has a story of their marriage and Mackay knew nothing of my daughters'. They clearly chose to judge and added so much additional pain to my family's loss and grieving. If you assume the reason for separation: why not assume they loved each other dearly and both grieved that they had to separate. This business made zero effort to focus on my grandkids the true next of kin. Shame on you Mackay Funeral Home. You have not been partners in the death of our loved one YOU HAVE BEEN INJURIOUS to a mother and her two daughters.
