I go into this store even with a relatively neutral mood or bad mood and it is all but impossible to come out with a smile. The staff is so friendly and genuinely interested in the well-being of your pet that it shows every time I go in. They are inquisitive, knowledgeable and willing to listen to any and all suggestions. They will also order in items you request. I cannot give more praise. I love this store.
