I was surprised by the lower floor where they are operating right now because I remember how they looked like at the time of Harrods. But the friendly environment and the professional manner from these guys worth any penny!

Good place to go to for all sorts of animal products and accessories. There's a great selection of all the things animals need & the price is reasonable

Great staff and location, they where very helful advising on food for my dog. He loves it there and always pull me in when we walk by.

We have been using this pet sitting service since 2009. It has always been the same sitter (Maris) but we couldn't have expected such terrific service. Originally we had two cats. Billy was an elderly cat and had had one of his legs amputated due to cancer. She cared for him during his late years with love and affection The other cat was a tortoiseshell and anybody who has ever owned one will know how strong willed they are to the point of belligerence. One of her most stubborn things is she does not always come in at night. Patiently the sitter would wait till the early hours until she deigned to come in from the garden. That is what I call a first class service. We can only comment on the one sitter but if this is the standard of all the carers then it is very high. Not only are the animals cared for but it is reassuring that the house is seen not to be unoccupied when we take long trips to family in Australia and ours has always been left on our return in an immaculate state. I would recommend this service as being excellent.

My chihuahua BMS now has an amazing quiff. Looks like it's made of plastic how perfect it is and how shiny it is. He still barks nonsense but that doesn't matter.
