A huge THANK YOU to James and Craig at Peterson Plumbing and Heating Inc. - We had a Winter Water emergency and they crew was able to quickly identify the issue, locate the parts needed and provide a same day fix. We will be calling Peterson Plumbing again for all of our Plumbing issues!

I had an appointment with Nagy Sevices this morning between 9 and 11 am. I scheduled an appointment with them over a week ago and I even took the day off from work to be here. I received a call from Dan after 9am stating that they would not be coming to the appoinment today because they don't serve the west side of cleveland anymore. Even though when I scheduled the appointment he knew what city I lived in. They must have changed their terrritory within the last week? He went on to say that they recently partnered with a compnay called Gorjanc and they would be handling the call. Apparently this happened since last week when I called and scheduled the appointment? I asked if this other compnay would be out today and Dan said "well no". I said I didn't appreciate the short notice of cancelling the appointment the day of the appointment and then not having this other company come out today either. The funny thing is I'm a current customer of Nagy Services and two years ago they did work on our boiler system. The part they put in didn't even last 2 years and is now leaking. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY didn't even apologize to me for the inconvenience. Dan said he would call me right back for a resolution to the problem today and I'm still waiting for him to call me back. Sounds like this company is going out of business. I will never use this company again or refer them to friends, family, customers or colleagues of mine which there are many of rather I will tell them about my negative experience with Nagy Services. AGAIN NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NAGY SERVICES CALL AND USE SOMEONE ELSE ANYBODY ELSE BUT NAGY SERVICES!!!

Be prepared to pay an astronomical rate. I was charged $250 for 30 minutes of work. Thank goodness it didn't take a whole hour at their rate of $500 an hour. I asked for an itemized receipt and was told that's it. Unprofessional and dishonest. Not a good combination for repeat business.

I have been a customer of Sheesley's Sewer Service for 10-15 years now. The quality and efficiency of their work is outstanding and is why I keep coming back!

Very pleased with the personal service and care received

I bought my home a year ago and there was issues with the plumbing so we hired them. After their faulty work in my bathtub and drain they never sealed properly I have to replace my tub and the surrounding floor. If you have an extra 5000 dollars to fix their mistakes by all means use them .
