LOVE these folks!! Whatever old-school plumbing supplies, electrical outlet covers that are one of those off-colours or just the stuff big-box stores DON'T have, they have it every time!

Poor service. Plumbing issue is much worse than before they came out. Called multiple times to request that the issue be corrected. No one called me back.

['I am NOT WARREN of Plumber2TheRescue. We just share the same name.] I started by going to the 49.95 rooter guy on a Sunday afternoon He came within an hour and tried wanted to tell me that he could really fix my problem for $2000.00, I called up Plumber 2 The Rescue. I had used Warren's service many times over the past 20 years, but was ordered to try someone else. I did and I was nearly sc***ed. Warren's son, Josh, was monitoring the phones and he arrived in 30 minutes. Josh proved he really knows his stuff just like his old man. He was clean, neat and professional. The truck he brought didn't have the valves he needed for my job, so he jumped out, took the extra time he needed to get them on his own and charged me $200 for the work and $48 for the values. No additional time was added. I had my bathrooms redone last year. The contractor insisted on using his own plumber. I would have preferred Warren, but the contractor wouldn't hear of it! Arrrrrg! The quality of Josh's work is definitely worth a raise.

Derek came out on Sunday and did a fantastic job with our sump pump !!!

They also repair gas heaters, as well as install new heaters when needed. City Wide Plumbing is honest and gives great service with good pricing and quick response when I have an emergency. I had Thomas come out to fix a slow sink drain in our bathroom. He was early! Thomas fixed the drain and offered suggestions on future (and necessary) repairs. I appreciated his quick response and honest appraisal of the work required and completed.

WONDERFUL experience! Super honest people!!!! Kelsey and Brian are so friendly! At first we called another AC person, who said our freon needed recharging and we had a leak in our unit, and wanted $1,200 (OUCH) We then went with a friend referral and called Buddy King, $80 for the service call and would be applied to the cost of repair. All we needed was a pump, $280, done - Bam! It's nice to know there are still honest companies in this world!

Excellent service - they came out within a few days and did excellent work! My husband says Robert was the most efficient plumber he's worked with, definitely no time wasting.

Upfront in terms of price and went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to the few plumbing issues we had. Overall, very good service and I'll definitely be calling them again in the future for any other leaks.
