Got a cozy heater from here about six weeks ago. Pilot light won't stay lit, after numerous adjustments by a qualified installation contractor,(done at Slakeys demand) Slakey is apparently doing nothing to replace this faulty appliance. My calls to the manager John have gone unreturned as he has never actually been in the office when I call, but seems to have sick and extended lunch issues. I strongly discourage purchasing any appliance through this company.

We had Steadfast come out to clear a drain in my mothers house, Many Gomez said he could not reach the clog even though it was only about 45 feet from the clean out. He then said he would go under the house to check out the problem. Came back saying the main sewer pipe was cracked and leaking. Said the needed repairs would be a main sewer line replacement for half the house. Showed us a price sheet cost was almost $5500. for about 6 feet of sewer line. She did not ok the work. I had a plummer come out that i trust and he went under the house and said the main sewer line was NOT cracked, the line was clogged and it just needed a rooter of the main sewer line under the house. Cost was $300 because they had to remove the toilet to do the rooter job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU YOU NEED A HUGE REPAIR AT AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE WHEN ITS NOT NEEDED. When i called Steadfast to complain about their con job employee the manager stood behind the employee and hung up on me.

Hard worker, knows his stuff. Came out to help out my parents-in-law with their plumbing crisis on a holiday, and didn't even charge them after spending a couple hours working on it. (unfortunately the whole line will need to be replaced) He spent a long time explaining the situation to my elderly inlaws and made referrals to other business that could help. He's reliably fixed many problems over the years for them while showing kindness and integrity.

i just want to say how professional Air serve was the best company in our area to use believe me i would always recommend them highly. i just had a new system put in and the price was even low, thanks Air Serve.

He came out the same day that I called! His service was fantastic and he even did something for me that he didn't put on the bill. I would recommend him for someone else.

Nice and helpful people. Great place all around

While they do have a showroom, it still makes it difficult to know what a fixture will look like after it is installed. Since they do refuse returns, you'd be much better of at one of the Big Box stores, or Amazon. Too bad their business plan does not include customer satisfaction.

We had Kevin from Bob and Marc Plumbng install our sewer liner. It only took (1) day problem solved! You guys are the best!

Horrible service and even worse incompetence from the billing department. They showed up at the rental and did not fix anything, then did not call me to tell me any work had been done. I never received a phone call or bill from Thrifty Rooter until I was turned over to collections. I recommend you stay away from this company at all costs. It is not very thrifty to have this company bill you for work they do not complete.

Fast, fair, and reasonably priced. Plus tech took time to explain how to keep problem from happening again. Very friendly staff.
