Plumbing

I own a lot of houses in north east bay area and these guys have worked on all of them. Mostly repairing the work that the other guys have done. I never have any more problems after Ron fixes things. Recently replaced all pipes in a 3 story house with 6 bathrooms.

I originally called Matt because my kitchen sink was using two gallons of water before getting hot. Matt quickly realized that when I had recently changed the location of my water heater to the basement (and replaced it with an 'instant' tankless heater, the heater guys should have rerouted the plumbing and the water was having to back track, causing the delay. Matt rerouted the plumbing, and installed a hot water return system plus a small reserve tank for me. Now my kitchen sink, which is two floors up and on the opposite side of the house, actually gets instant hot water! Since then I've called Matt for anything that I think might be a plumbing issue. He's been responsive and efficient and has gone above and beyond many times. Thanks Matt!

Love this place

We needed to replace our 25-year old gas water heater and Oak Plumbing came to our rescue. I received two other quotes that were almost double what Oak Plumbing was quoting. On top of that, they came the same day and finished the job faster than I thought possible. I’ll be contacting them for any plumbing needs in future.

I had a water leak that was inside the walls of my laundry room, and located behind my water heater. As a result, the water heater needed to be dismantled, or relocated during the construction period over several days, to allow sufficient time to inspect, correct the problem, and dry out the existing structure, before the water heater could be returned to its original location. John at NAK plumbing was able to quickly recognize what needed to be done in order for my family to continue to live in our home during the construction period, and not only recommended, but also made the needed temporary changes for my families comfort and convenience! The quality of his and his team's work is EXCELLENT! He and his team are highly skilled, honest, trustworthy, neat and clean, and does not cut corners. Made an emergency call mid-afternoon today, as we'd had to turn the water to the house off due to a bathroom plumbing issue. Joe arrived just when he said he would, took care of our problem efficiently and without drama (I have enough of that, what with taking care of my husband who has Alzheimer's), and the price was very fair. Highly recommend.

Elliott Plumbing has been our plumber since we bought our house last February 2017. He knows what he is doing and I recommed him for your plumbing needs, especially if you buy one of these old houses with pipes from the 1950's.
