Had a great experience with this company! The service providers were honest, competent, friendly and efficient. We had them install a water softener and piping in our home and they patiently described how to use the softener and even identified a part from the 3rd party manufacturer that was broken, describing how to replace it and work with the softener while waiting for the part to arrive. We will ping them again when we have other plumbing needs in the future.

These folks replaced a water heater for us shortly after we moved into our house back in 2003, did a good job at reasonable price. That's why I'm calling them first to replace it, 13 years later. 13 years on a water heater is pretty good around here.

Hands down best plumber I have had the chance to give my business to. He came on short notice, was very polite and respectful of my home! I highly recommend to anybody in need of a plumber.

I had another plumber address my plugged toilet issue. They ran a snake many feet and it appeared to have taken care of the problem until family came to visit and the entire first floor plumbing in 3 bathrooms was backing up. Called Smee's Plumbing and Dave, the owner, came one hour later. After doing some research, he discovered that when the previous plumber ran the snake down the toilet, it knocked off the flip cap from the large exterior tube where all the waste flushes out, and the cap was actually blocking the exit opening. I called the original plumber 3 different days over a period of 3 weeks or more and I have never received a return call. I am an older woman and know that the previous plumber overcharged me each time he came out. I can't believe that I was only charged $160 by Dave Smee (charges only his hourly rate) when I was charged over $300 each time the other plumber did any work for me. Thank you Mr. Smee for coming out so promptly and taking care of my problem. It's encouraging to find a business that provides such excellent service and also who is very honest and reasonable! You will hear from me again the next time I need a plumber.
