Our plumber, Anthony, was great! He arrived on time and was very patient in listening to my questions and in deciding how to resolve our problem. Anthony was polite, kept his work area clean, and was willing to explain how to avoid future problems. I would definitely call Anthony back as our plumber because I trust his expertise and assessment of our problem. We got his card so we can recommend him to others!

Very professional, clean and did a great job

Came home from vacation to no hot water. Mac from FAST in the East Bay came to my rescue on the spot, even earlier than they had scheduled - thank GOD. My water heater was ancient...1975! It was a rough, rough job he had to do to get everything up to code and he was absolutely the best! Professional, courteous, friendly and more contientous than any serivice professional I've ever dealt with. Before he left he explained everything about my new water heater and left the space cleaner than I had seen in years. Highly recommend FAST and especially Mac.

I called this company on a Thursday night they didn't send a plumber till Sat afternoon. Then when he gets here he says he will be back tomorrow with part at 1130a I called they say he won't be here to 445. I called then the girl tells me they have to order the part it won't be in for a week unless I pay extra to get it faster. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!

These guys are the reasonable plumbers.They dont take advantage of a bad situation. I called them after hours on a holiday weekend and I didnt have to go into my savings....Thanks to the owners Jason of jdrains and rick from hayden church plumbing....

Customer service very poor

Recently, I came home and my kitchen sink wouldn’t drain it kept backing up into my shower, I called out Mcabe plumbing, they responded quickly and had the problem fixed fast and the price was good too. They were very knowledgeable, they knew exactly how to diagnose and fix the problem I would highly recommend them to Anyone who needs work done .
