Atef and his guys saved my apartment! We got a new washer and dryer and it was supposed to be installed, the pan was too small and the technicians that came by busted the valves! I called up In n Out Plumbing, they came out, ordered a new pan, helped install and fix the damage caused by the other guys and now I got a working washer and dryer all in a couple days. Thanks guys, you helped us out big time!

These guys did great work on our new gas line -- they took care of the permit, showed up right on time, did neat work by the book, coordinated well with our other contractors, and when we ran into a minor problem, they went above and beyond to take care of it. Highly recommended.

We had a leaky toilet tank which we thought we could replace ourselves. In the end we ended up buying a new toilet and tried to install it ourselves but our flange was installed crookedly which made the job to overwhelming. James came to install our toilet and rigged it in such a way so that the new toilet is level. I wish I had called Mr. Drain Plumbing from the very beginning and saved myself all the headache leading up to it. The cost was also very reasonable for the job and the staff was also very cooperative.

Very honest and was on time. Would use this company over and over again when needed! Quality work.

These guys are a complete rip off! They wanted to charge me almost $400 to change the cartridge in a shower valve. You literally pull the old one out, and stick a new one in. A 5 year old could do it! 10 minutes worth of work. To top it off, that was not even the problem. So not only are they overpriced, they're incompetent. I told them "no thank you" and had to pay a $90 dollar fee just so they could grace me with their presence. I'd blindly recommend any one else in the area.

A friend recently called Roto-Rooter for a leaky kitchen sink. They responded right away, sent Adam, who fixed the sink and went on to give our friend a helpful lesson about the plumbing system in her apartment. When we were faced with a clogged toilet yesterday, I submitted an online request and even tho it was SUPER BOWL SUNDAY(!), Jessica answered us and sent Adam out first thing this morning. He was professional, proficient and personable and altho we know there’s a section where tree roots like to infiltrate the main line to the street, he worked hard at it and cleared the way! He told us “I love this job!” and we love his enthusiasm and “can-do” attitude. It’s wonderful to meet folks who love and take pride in their work!
