The first experience the tech came back several days in a row to just make sure the system was working properly. Awesome customer service, but unfortunately when bill came in it was nearly double the estimate. I had during the estimate process told the owner that needed him to give me the high end of the estimate since I was budgeting for the project and I didn't want any surprises. I was therefore shocked when I got the bill, but I went in and talked to the owner and he honored the original estimate. Amazing customer service and completely opposite from schmlock. Their tech lied about the work I needed done (replacing things I didn't need replaced), then also charged me double the estimate (but there was no more work or parts that justified the extra cost). When I went to talk to them basically got told you will pay whatever we decide to charge and we don't give a crap about you. I will never work with Schmlock again, but have had a great experience every time with KMI ever since that first time. I do always ask for the same techs though, because I know they will get the job done right and try to keep the cost down. KMI is an amazing company with great employees, and honorable manangement.

Helpful people and reasonable prices

A bunch of recent work done to the interior/exterior and now the store is more comfortable (softer lighting, warmer colors, more organized). Customer service has always been very good. Keep up the good work!

Installed a hose bib under my sink very quickly. Edit: We had another problem in our old house: a capped pipe burst in the middle of the morning, leaking water all over our basement. Jack's came by around noon, replaced the cap with a new one, and welded it shut. Definitely an efficient service.

Spencer came out on a New Year's Day job for us. Very courteous and professional. Extremely good service!
