Plumbing

I was having problems with an air conditioner. I was out of town and my daughter called another plumber to fix it. That plumber looked at it and said it would cost $1,400 to repair or $7,000 to replace the AC. I called my daughter and told her to call Lance for a second opinion. Lance came, removed some rust so it would drain properly, said he had seen much worse, and it should last 3-5 years. Then he didn't charge anything. I did not expect that, nor do I expect he will not charge for service calls in the future. My point is, he is HONEST. If it does not need replacing he will not recommend it just so he can make more money. He will be honest and not overcharge you. He has fixed things that needed fixing at a fair price in the past. I appreciate that when he fixes something it stays fixed, he knows what he is doing. Next time my daughter will call Waipiti first.

Best fab and powdercoat shop in the city hands down.

The best plumbing supply store going

Takes High Pride in workmanship

I'm really surprised this place is still open considering how staff and management gossip and ignore customers as I've come in on two different occasions and both times were the same so I bought from two other places instead. I don't even think they notice customers walking in they're too busy talking to each other. Number one thing you notice when walking in is the uncomfortable atmosphere. I know of quite a few contractors in my field that felt the same and haven't gone back after going only once.

An essential component malfunctioned on my furnace in the evening. Checked a few retail shops, nobody had what I needed in stock. Called indoor elements for the part, they had it in stock, and Gord quickly drove to their shop for me (after hours), and got me the part to make sure I got my furnace up and running. Very pleased with the prompt and friendly service. I would highly recommend Indoor Elements!

I love Tek! 10/10 highly recommend!
