Great place for the kids on a rainy day or a snow day. Staff were great. Prices are very reasonable. Lots of seating for the adults while the kids play. I recommend you go check it out.

Nice little airport. Yes, as reported by others, the security can be slow and a bit of an overkill... which is not without a reason. Otherwise it is a cosy small airport.

I delivered my package to the drop off at EIA, West Jet assured me it would arrive in Victoria on the next direct flight. The package went to Vancouver and sat there for another 24 hours before it was delivered. West Jet Cargo didn't let me know that there was a problem until it was too late to deal with it. Super poor performance. The package was a 2.5 inch binder 8.5/11 inches weighing less than three pounds. A complete fail in executing the task and an additional fail in customer service once the problem was identified. There was no trouble charging my credit card for the agreed upon transaction though!

Great pool for kids, spacious cabins, always a blast!

Extremely small, but clean and efficient airport. Some cool small shops to browse while waiting, and a slick little wine bar serving wines from the region. If hungry, there is a Horton's for some lite bite. Do not arrive early hoping to beat lines or someone negate any risk of missing a flight, as there aren't many folks flying in or out of here.

Systemic baggage loss issues. Absolutely terrible, phone number only works monday to friday till 5pm and is long distance, not toll free. They lost one of our checked bags on Friday on a direct flight form Vancouver to Calgary and had no desk at airport when landing. We filed lost baggage claim and called to no avail. we have emailed and hunted down reps at airports during sceduled check ins for other flights over the weekend. No one can tell us if or when we will get a bag back and all direct us to email. we have sent 6 emails in last 4 days with all details and have recieved no responses. Today (Monday) their Kelowna head office opened and we called.. guess what? they told us to email as they have no info and dont deal with bags directly..... Fly at your own risk and only check items you are not afraid to lose. We also ran into another flair air customer at airport while trying to get info who had also lost her bag, no agent available for her when she landed so we helped her out with the process she has no professional clothes for a job interview the next day and we lost all our camping gear for a 4 day hike on the west coast trail starting tomorrow. It is now day 4 with no update on baggae or response to our emails, and 4 days of our vacaction with no clothes or gear we are out of pocket significanly and would not recommend this airline to anyone. It could end up costing you way more than you save... it sure did for us.

Bad attitude and didn’t inform me the information I should know cause me missing my plane. And again lost my package on my way back. Great company

This school is an absolute joke, if you're not enrolled in the Commercial Aviation course they will treat you like you don't belong there. Avoid this school.

Lousy service, with a bad attitude to boot. Girls at the counter insisted we pay extra for a booster seat and an extra driver when we had already confirmed with Hertz (through our AMA insurance) that we wouldn't be charged. They then demanded we prove to them that AMA covered it, which we did. After that, they reluctantly told us we wouldn't be charged, but it was going to be hassle for them to change our booking because "it wasn't in the system." Upon our returning the car, we found that they had indeed charged us for the booster seat! Not impressed, and not going back to Hertz at the Kelowna Airport. Oh, one more thing: We had to make sure that we topped up the fuel before returning the car, yet when we first drove it out of the lot, we noticed that the gas was at about 90% full. Didn't take a picture though, so that's on us. Renter beware.
