The staff here is amazing and everyone is friendly. I'm sorry to hear of a previous reviewer's negative experience - because that is not indicative of the daily interaction my family had at Discovery Isle in Murrieta, where our son attended for a year. At first, I'll admit I was hesitant to check out a facility in a shopping center, but once I visited Discovery Isle my fears were put to rest. It is tucked in the back of the shopping complex, and there is plenty of outdoor space for the children to play. The classrooms are clean, and the building is secure. Every morning we were greeting in a cheerful manner by Ms. Jennifer or Ms. Renee (or whomever was covering the front desk). The curriculum is age-appropriate and I appreciated the monthly and daily updates we received on our son's activities and progress. During our son's time there, he was moved up a class based on his age. Teachers in both classrooms kept us apprised of how our son was doing, and welcomed the opportunity to speak with us when we had questions or wanted to give updates. Ms. Leanna is amazing! She has so much patience and gave great ideas for helping our son develop a joy for learning and respect for others. I cannot say enough good things about this early childhood education center. I would highly recommend Discovery Isle to anyone looking for preschool/care for their child.

Our family has been a part of this group for three years now. Our experience has been very positive as Calvary Christian Academy is a very friendly group of Home Schoolers. All of my questions are answered in a very prompt and loving way. May God continue to bless this group!

Abiqua is a small school with a supportive learning environment. This school provides fantastic value for money due to the amazing variety of subjects within the curriculum.

Morning Star Ranch is a religious community of the Twelve Tribes of Israel. You may have had their food or yerba mate at any of their Yellow Deli locations, or maybe you've tasted their Green Drink at your local farmer's market, maybe you've even seen their brightly painted bus or have been handed a copy of the Twelve Tribes Free Paper at the music festival you attended last summer. The community at Morning Star Ranch (one of many world wide) is based on the first church founded on Christ's teachings as described in the New Testament, though they do not associate with Christianity nor Judaism. It is a farming community of maybe 50 men, women, and children. Each is given a Hebrew name by the community and, in fact, Christ is referred to by his Hebrew name of Yeshua. They focus primarily on Yeshua's teachings of love and acceptance but also on ushering in the Day of Judgment as described in the book of Revelations. Some view The Twelve Tribes as a cult and others as a benign religious institution. Either way, referring to Morning Star as a "training program" or "private school" is a little spooky to me.

I attended there for my first year of high school and i can honestly say the teachers put in effort and want their students to strive for their true potential.
