My husband,Robert Brevard Moore and my brother Robert E. Dickson graduated from the class of ‘58 and our son Lcdr. Robert Brevard Moore 111,class of ‘90. It was the best experience ever and Brev’s class is getting ready to celebrate their 60th reunion in May,2018!

I currently have two of my four children attending Oak Hall School. I can't say enough good things about the teachers, staff and administration. My other two kids will be going to Oak Hall when they are old enough. You definitely get what you pay for... Teachers who care, understand the material and genuinely seem to love the work they do.

We love BCS. The admin, teachers, and staff have been such a blessing to our family. They truly care and love the children. They are very Christ-centered and biblical principals are incorporated into each subject when possible. The education is the best you can find imo. I love the way they teach Honorable Character and use positive discipline in every class. I appreciate that they have a dyslexia/reading specialist and help children individually when needed (like speech issues as well). They have the best art department and start band in 5th grade. There is no football (which I actually prefer:) but most other sports are available and quite a few extracurricular activities are available as well.

We just moved here from the D.C. Area. We have been so pleased with Dr. Nichols- her educational philosophy is similar to ours. We wanted our kids to have rigorous academics in a supportive environment, and they so far have exceeded all of our expectations. My kids love their teachers and classmates, and we could not imagine a better school for them.

I've been going since pre-k and I love it! I wouldn't rather be anywhere else, but sometimes the work is possibly a bit much. Love ya Hockaday!!

This school has been a God-send for my child this year. Affordable tuition, small class sizes, wonderful caring teachers who will do whatever it takes, and a family-oriented atmosphere. The students in the classes are very close to one another and genuinely support each other. My child has gained so much confidence this year and hates missing school!

I moved from Covenant Classical to Primrose because of a job move. At first I was weary, since it was so much smaller and different in terms of the curriculum. Now , we have been there for a year and we love the diversity, teachers, small classes and activities for both the children and families. We can't imagine ourselves anywhere else.

My experience with Escambia Academy has been a very positive one. My son has been there since the ninth grade and he will be a senior this fall. I feel that he is getting an outstanding education and he is involved in several different sports at the school. All of the parents of our students participate in school activities and the teachers are highly involved with their students to make sure that they are reaching their full potential.

This school was full of people who excluded others including me. Many people in my grade have left this school for that reason. The teachers were nice but that doesn't make up for the fact that the students made me have the worst 7 years ever. I felt like the teachers didn't do much to stop the rumors and exclusion that they knew was happening. The only year that I truly enjoyed was K5. I know that people who left after I did have some more stories of exclusion. I am much happier at a new school with people who will stay with me no matter what.

Get a concussion at this school and all the kid gets is a day of In School Suspension. Ive been bullied relentlessly and it felt like all they got was a pat on the wrist. If you have a problem you are going to have to talk to the student directly which does more harm then good considering the mindset of the students here. Several teachers are downright hostile and horrible teachers, singling out students just because they are different. Im going to Gadsden City this year, after 4 years of this school i can comfortably say im not going to miss anyone at this school because of how rude, hostile, and utterly ignorant the students here are.
