Private Schools

I wholeheartedly recommend this preschool. My youngest daughter attended the Highlands version from January through to August 2016 and she thrived. The low student-teacher ratio ensures quality attention and consideration, the teaching staff is thoughtful, kind and principled, and the curriculum is fantastic. The administration is loving, respectful and perceptive, and communication is honoured. If our plans had not included a bilingual kindergarten, my daughter would have stayed at Highlands for kindergarten. We miss everyone and everything there, but are very grateful that we were able to have been a part of it when we were. Great place, easily 1000 stars of approval!

I utilized this firm in finding a day home for my son back in June 2017. The service and staff were excellent and able to assist us with all of our needs. I am so thankful that I found our day home, it has been an excellent overall experience and our care provider is outstanding.

Our daughter has a great time at this preschool! What an upbeat group of people - we really appreciate your energy, your flexible scheduling, and we like how you keep music education fun!

i love this school

We cannot say enough good things about the entire JK community! It was the perfect environment for our shy and anxious preschooler to blossom into a wonderfully confident kid, excited to be at school and develop lasting friendships. Every child is treated with respect and celebrated as an individual. We know that our (surprisingly) easy transition into kindergarten was due to the foundation built by our daughters time at JK. We now live in Sherwood Park but will commute our younger daughter to JK, that's how much we love it!

Tons of fun for kids! great teachers, nice environment!

I am 13 and I just started playing the drums in mid september and I'm enjoying drums because of my teacher Ian. He makes me excited about playing, he gives you the right thing to practice and he gets you to do a practice schedule. I only have lessons one hour a week but he gets lots done in one hour. They also have a recital for all the students and bands (they don't have to play tho). Over all I think Edmonton Guitar School is a great music school. :D

Good place for kids to learn,

Wonderful knowledgable instructors

it's a place of education!

Great school, staff are friendly and have the kids best interests in mind.

This school now has a Jr.High. The classes are good and they will care for your children like they are their own.

I went here three times to evaluate them for my flight training, following recommendation from a friend. The building seems well-kept and friendly. On my first visit, I was greeted, offered a coffee, and the CFI and I worked out a plan for my training. I spent a year saving some money, and came back to find that the management had changed. On my return visit, the staff member seemed uninterested in talking to me, so I came back a second time, but nobody was there. At my friend's urging, I returned a third time, and met Kirk, one of the flight instructors, who was very happy to offer me a tour, and spend time discussing my flight training options. I hesitated because of the two previous discouraging visits, and have since moved out of province. The airport seemed nice, and at least they have one staff member who wants to build a good reputation for the company.

Awesome place; the bar is second to none.
