Private Schools

Both my son and my daughter have been very happy there. I am aware of a small number of problems in the 1970's but that is a very long time ago !

Luke has an incomparable experience and attention to detail in teaching British English prononciation. I took 20 hours and still hungry for more lessons, as the structure, the method and the whole system is built up in a very smart way. The knowledge you can get is beyond expectations. Even after 10 lessons, people stopped asking me “sorry, say it again”. The clear speaking gives me confidence both in private and professional life. The lessons are tailored to your personal needs, focusing on weaknesses, considering the characteristics of your native language. Luke has a thorough knowledge of foreign languages and the differences between the English and foreign vowels, word stress and so on. This makes the course even more unique!”

A very excellent Independent School. Your child is asured of great educational values well structured for a bright future.

Redcliffe School is an excellent private school. Our 3 children have attended here for over 4 years now and they love it. If you are looking for a friendly, relaxed and happy environment in which to educate your kids, this is it.

GREAT

As a former student - great school with amazing staff and activities!!

High turn over if staff. In four years my child has had 3 new teachers, ... needing to learn the ropes, making mistakes, not informing us of information needed. A bit fed up. Pastoral care is not very good, I would say nor is academic, seeing how most pupils did not get into there first follow on chosen schools. Sports is definitely pretty bad, go to a any sport match against another school. Having said that the new head is proving to be good.

Kensington Prep is an independent day school in Fulham for girls aged 4-11. It opened in 1873, the first school to be established in the Girls’ Day School Trust. The school moved to Fulham in 1997 and is set in over an acre of grounds with netball and tennis courts and a pond for environmental studies and has some of the best facilities of any prep school in London. The school is non-denominational. There are 290 girls – aged 4 to 11 years - in 2 balanced parallel classes of about 20 girls. The school offers traditional values combined with innovative teaching and is at the forefront of IT. It has been awarded the prestigious ICT mark for the second time and there are iPad tablets and laptops in the classroom as well as a fully-equipped IT suite. The school has also just introduced a new digital learning platform and parent portal. There is a large library at the heart of the school, state-of-the-art science lab and dedicated specialist rooms for art, design technology, music and drama.

I would love to visit the school, am in Ghana and want my two kids to attend. Thanks Francis mireku Kwabena
