Jennifer made a very difficult time in my life easier walk me through every step and not only assisted with the selling of my house with all of my personal matters but assisted me in finding the perfect new house for me and my children. In dealing with the office and booking walkthroughs and appointments was seamless the whole team worked with me and Jennifer went above and beyond. Long Story short I did all the work in finding my dream home and I simply called this agency to show me the house (it was more than an hour from my current house) and put in an offer later that night. The agent had poor communication with me and the other agent and there was a lot of drama which caused us to almost lose this home. The agent put in minimal work (less than 7 hours total with showings), took his commission (around $13,225, what is that $1,890 per hour?) and did nothing for us. Not even a congratulations on your first house not flowers for the spouse nothing. There was no client connection. I did most of the work in this deal. I should have taken my own commission. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. Not to mention David Visentin is very famous for his tv show "Love it or List it" and I thought this would be a fantastic experience. My first time buying a home and I did all the work and negotiating and pushing. I dealt mostly with his brother Paolo. I understand the agent has no obligation to do something nice for his clients but in this situation me and my spouse felt really disrespected, I basically gave him business, really easy and great business, and I received nothing in return.

I bought some "antique" furniture from him and didn't pick it up right away. One day I got an angry call that he'd be calling a collection agency to come after me. Really? Some people have no patience I guess. I did pick up my stuff and pay for it of course and told him I didn't appreciate the threats and would never, ever buy anything from his "Antiques & Treasures" ever again.
