Juhnlin is a very careful and patient agent who has good professional ethics. He provided us many practical, valuable advice during the purchasing process. These advice include every factor of buying a house. For example, different houses comparison, price negotiation, looking for financial institutions, house inspector,roof construction company, plumbers etc. He tries to find a balance between buyers, agent and sellers. According to our needs, at the same time, we mainly considered his suggestion and made the final decision. We are satisfied with our new home, also we thank Johnlin's all the efforts.
