I was quickly answered and had booked showings for the next day. The agent walked me through all the steps of leasing (considering this was my first time on my own) but helped me feel comfortable. All my questions were answered and my move in was sooo QUICK. I truly appreciate how the agent worked on my time and made me feel good about the condo i leased. I highly RECOMMEND this company! Leasing is their bread and butter and they do it well! I will use this company again!!

Beware of agents who post rentals, then turn around and say there are none even though you're staring at their name on the listing. I call that unprofessional. Can't be bothered to help renters, sorry though, not everyone can afford to buy. It's all about profits, how much money can they line their pockets with. It's shameful that greed comes before helping others.

Linda Tickins is a rude woman, if you have to deal with her I suggest you RUN! I am extremely interested in selling my house and am looking for a real estate agent. So, I called Linda as she sold another house just down the road from me. I asked her VERY basic questions such as the asking price and selling price, and told her the reason why I was calling. She was extremely rude and did not understand why I was asking these questions... I calmly told her that I want to know how much houses in my area are selling for as I am interested in selling my house too, but she was still met with confusion. I have been talking to a few agents lately and was in shock by the way Linda was speaking to me. Clearly she doesn't care about getting my business even though the house is worth nearly $2 million... not a smart move if you ask me.
