I have dealt with Bashar Mahfooth in the past, I find his professionalism to be very poor.

Shawn and his team are incredible. Not only do they help you find what you are looking for......my list was pretty demanding, he is honest and works with integrity. At his customer appreciation event he has held annually for over a decade, you realize that almost all of his clients come from referrals and I am one of those clients. It’s the little things he has done that make me realize we chose the best agent ever. We have had pumpkins delivered at Halloween, a gift a Christmas each year, a birthday card sent to each of us with a scratch ticket per adult and the kids get a free meal at Montana’s in their cards, but the annual event is my favourite. He rents out a movie theatre, takes a family pic each year, has draws for awesome prizes, gifts for each person and after the featured movie the ice cream truck is waiting outside.....we have never missed a year and looking forward to this year again. Best agent ever!

There is a R.E agent working for Remax named “Bashar Mahfooth. “ This individual is very dishonest and devious. I am one of his tenants. When my lease ended recently and after I moved out, he kept my deposit money without any reason. I have tried to ask him to meet me and give me an explanation, but he just disappeared, he doesn’t answer my phone calls or my emails. So I went to his office to confront him. He cannot give me any answers and afterwards he went hiding in the washroom to avoid me refused to talk to me. His attitude was very rude and unprofessional, I’ve never met any one like him. He have shamed the good name of Remax as an employee, I’m quite sure that he used to take advantage from other previous tenants in similar situation as I am by not returning tenants’ deposit money. Bashar Mahfooth not to be trusted and I would not recommend any one to him.

Working with you was easy as you guys have everything in your team. So organized and fast. We always recommend you to ones who want to reach their goals easy and fast.
