Do not EVER use their services!!! The staff are disrespectful and inconsiderate. They don't care about their employees or their clients and the management is incompetent. If you would like quality and efficiency, go else where. If I could give them zero stars I would, but that doesn't seem to be an option

As our Realtor, he helped us sell our house at the best possible price in stressed market situation and assisted us to find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house sale and purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with him was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. My mom and I are white and meet a banks was and is terrific. She sold us our condo 25 yrs ago. She's honest, sincere and cares about her clients. Whoever is even considering going elaewear, don't go to community mortgage in whitby either. I have a serious mess with them and I want meet a bank's help once again
