Terrible Experience Agent was unproductive more intersted in her other clients who had a million buck to spend then a first time home buyer would not advise at all, she also brought to a few beat up houses and stinky smelly dumps that was when it was time to cut the ties so we ditched our agent from this place.

Cliff was great. He was always available to show us houses even last minute and on long weekends. Cliff was honest and was not pushy in the least. If there was something wrong with a house, he'd point it out even before I had a chance to see the problem myself. Cliff was very knowledgeable in many areas I had very little familiarity in, which was very helpful when dealing with things like septic tanks, or water softeners or pretty much all aspects of the construction of a house. It was obvious that Cliff was not in it to just make a sale, but to ensure we found the perfect house which is rare in most realtors. We looked at upwards of 100 houses in the span of a year and not once did we feel like Cliff was annoyed by our long lists of must haves and many full days spend looking at houses. I would easily recommend Cliff to anyone who is looking for that perfect home. Thanks again Cliff for all your time and honesty.
