We bought our very first home through Jack Ouellette. Being a first time home buyer we made it out to be a scary process, however Jack made the process so enjoyable and even exciting! Kate was referred to my wife and I by a good friend, to purchase our first home. During our first conversation, i gave her our preferences for the house, including price, size and neighborhood. Within a matter of hours, she set us up with an online profile, and 8 homes matching our requests perfectly. Setting up appointments for viewings couldn't of been more easy, or convenient. Out of only 6 perfectly matched homes, we found our dream house on the 2nd day of showings. Every step of possession, from placing the offer, to receiving the keys, was effortless on our part, thanks to the non stop dedication of Kate. John McLennan will give it to you straight. Won't push you to buy or sell something that doesn't suit your needs. He thinks of things a regular person wouldn't when it comes to signing contracts, and always has your best interest at heart. Next time you are buying or selling a home, see this guy!

We started our search for our first home with a different real estate agent here in grande Prairie and were very disappointed. we felt like we had to do all the work find our own houses we wanted to look at and then just let him know when we wanted to look at them and even then most times it would be four or five days before we could go view them so one day we got fed up and went looking ofr a new realor. we stumbledlon Ben and it was the best thing that ever happened to us. I called him up with two homes that we were intrested in viewing and he said he could meet us a few hours later. when we met him he had already taken ir upon him self to find us two more homes to view that he thought would be a good match for us without even meeting us. Ben told us that if we were patient with him he would find us OUR dream home. The next day bright and early i got a call from Ben saying that he thought he found us the perfect home and that we needed to go take a look ASAP. We walked in and instantly knew that this was Our home, he even kept an eye on our two young boys so we could take a good look at the house. Ben is the best Realator we could have ever asked for and i truly know that if it wasn't for him we would never have found our home.I have and will continue to refer Ben to all of our friends and family and will no doubt use him again in the future.
