I highly do not recommend Doug Lane at Property Guys. My personal experience with Mr. Lane is he will unprovoked and deliberately cut you off on the highway, impede your progress and when he decides to offer you permission to proceed on your way, flip you the bird. Attitude, behaviour and judgement that does not merit confidence and trust under any circumstances, particularly in the real estate industry. As a result, I recommend every other real estate agent and company.

Fantastic service - Lew helped me out a couple times with a home and he's a real pro - would recommend Lew to anyone.

I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with The Krieg Family. Colin Krieg was my realtor and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, warm, and committed to his clients. I am new to the Okanagan and it was important to me to work with someone who knows the area. Colin knows Kelowna and the surround areas very well. He also knew specifics about many of the buildings that I was interested in, including which ones were not suitable for me. Yes Blake is a very good realtor who knows Kelowna and all that it has to offer! He was extremely patient showing us around the Kelowna area as we moved from Manitoba. He had multiple listings for us to see over the course of a couple of trips... Luckily on our last visit he brought us to a beautiful community that not only checked off many boxes on our list but exceeded all our expectations!!! My father-in-law who is 80 years old, made an offer on a unit with the listing agent of Eric Hasanhuendl. He made an offer on a two-bedroom in Copper Sky with subject to financing. Before the subject removal date, my dad found out he could not get financing and canceled the deal. Mr. Hasanhuendl was not happy with the situation and demanded that my father-in-law produce proof of his non-acceptance or he would pursue legal action. Eric has been very difficult and we would not recommend him to anybody.

Rick and Brad Hamer-Jackson proved me wrong on so many levels. Through out the years it has been very difficult to me to have confidence in real estate agents due to past experiences, I always felt they were paid too much money for what they do. Team Hamer-Jackson showed me they were worth every penny. I could not believe the level of communication and service they provided. They sold our house in 7 days for fair value. And stayed on top of the showings and gave us amazing feedback with each buyer interest. On top of that, my family was going to rent temporarily to let the real estate market cool off. However, we found a listing that was simply too good to be true, and we would have lost it if it had not been for Rick dropping his personal life and meeting us at the property immediately to present an offer. He saved us thousands of dollars in the long run. These guys are top notch and second to none. I highly recommend them for several reasons: 1) They are hands on for the important things - many "professional realtors" get their associates to do all the grunt work for them. A lot of this grunt work is what closes the deal, which is why you need the Hamer-Jackson approach to get it done. 2) They have an enormous network of referral, investors, and first time home buyers. 3) They are very candid, honest, and realistic with their approach to sell your home. And will not promise something they can not deliver. All the best for 2016!
