During one potential purchase she did homework on the property and found several deficiencies that we had overlooked. The sale did not go forward and we found an even better property a bit later. That level of integrity impressed us as she was not in it for a quick sale. Theresa genuinely wanted us to be pleased with our purchase and worked hard and patiently on our behalf to secure the best possible outcome. She has sold a home for us and aided us in finding and purchasing another, she is our go to realtor and we would highly recommend Theresa to any potential seller/buyer.

If you are looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond Trish Taroni is Top Notch!! I first dealt with Trish a year ago - she listed my home and did 5 open houses in a row as I wanted to sell quickly. I have a serious back issue and she showed up before each open house and did not hesitate to grab a broom or help me with the last few details of cleaning. Who does that!!
