Security and elevators are a joke

I don't know how to start or to express my happiness feeling working with Ippolita Corcione as a client but I will try. Ipolitta is very professional and very honest working with her clients with clear information, also she is so friendly makes you to feel she is like your one of closest family or friend. I am very satisfied that sold my condo with in a short period of time and without me feeling worry. She helped me find a lot of right information what should I know about reports of the condo and mortgage etc, without going to another professionals. Ippolita is not a tall girl but she is full of information and knowledgable for the question you ask way more than her hight, always cheerful face, tells you don't worry with true smile .

I recently bought a condo on the island thanks to Lucas and his optimism!! It ended up not being an easy property to purchase, and I had a few people (other realtors) tell me that I would never get it. I found that even after referring me to a local agent to make the offer, Lucas was supportive, was available to answer all of my questions, get back to me, translate the terms of my counter offer and subjects, and give me information that I was thinking about asking. I would 100% work with him again, and recommend him to anyone who is a first time buyer and especially if your used to today’s fast paced communication and like to know what’s going on. I don’t think that I would own this place today if he hadn’t gone for it for me!

yet another so called "Professional" realtor who posts fake ads in the real estate category on Craigslist...how can this person be trusted if they won't abide by the posting rules on Craigslist...keep far away from him
