I feel very fortunate to have Aaron as an agent for both the selling and purchasing of my home. I sometimes wonder what would have happened if he wasn't my agent, and the answer is that I would not be living happily in my current beautiful home. Aaron truly understands and shares the values of home and family. He listens to and respects my needs as a homeowner, and also provides balanced advice and insight. You can always tell a good realtor by their attentiveness and quick response. Greg has both these attributes and more and our experience with him was excellent. We made our move from Ontario to South Surrey BC without physically seeing our purchase and our friends thought we were crazy....but a great realtor makes you feel like distance isn't a factor. Once we communicated our expectations and limitations with Greg, he did all the leg work for us and took video's of potential hot spots and really analyzed the homes as if he was purchasing them for himself. Because we were constricted in time, he moved quickly trying to find the right location and home that fit our needs. Never heard back after a meeting despite reaching out 3 times.

Awful customer service. Inquired about a property and was provided incorrect information about an entirely different property. Trying to collect information was like pulling teeth and they failed to respond altogether. Figure it out!!

Jackie sold our home for us in Tsawwassen recently and she made the process as smooth as possible despite some hiccups along the way. Jackie is very knowledgable on market conditions and would update us regularly with comparables so we could see what the market was doing. She was always available to answer our questions and is always professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Jackie and in fact I do all the time :) You won't find someone more dedicated to get the job done and get it done well than Jackie!
