I recently used Faith Wilson Group to sell my condo. Faith and her staff were fantastic in every way. I signed the listing documents with Elfrieda who arrived with 2 associates who were to show the condo at the open houses over the weekend. They were there to totally familiarize themselves with the property. Then the office manager arrived with a professional photographer to stage and film the unit. They did an amazing job. Faith and her group showed all kinds of sensitivity and understanding as well as keen business sense. The first offer was brought to the table 4 days after listing, we ended up getting within 1% of asking price. I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience with Maggie Zhu and her assistant Bianca Feng. Got the listing under false pretensions and promises, and after no single offer in 2 months when we asked them to remove the listing from the market their attitude and characters completely changed and became rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
