Real Estate Agent

Was moving to Saskatoon and needed a realtor a friend suggested Michelle to me, not only is she very professional, but a very caring individual. She helped to guide me into finding the perfect condo, kept me up to date on all the newest listings, and even helped with a mortgage broker and a lawyer. Thanks Again Michelle keep up the great work. Darryl Remus

No good

I have worked with various agents over the years either directly myself or by referring someone to them. In every case the service and expertise provided has been top notch. I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking to buy or sell residential property.

Derrick and his team are absolutely a team of professionals. My girlfriend and I purchased our first house through Derrick last fall and everything went so smoothly. Derrick is the type of person who really has your best interest in mind, he would inform us of issues that we never would have known or thought about without his expertise, and I really don’t think he would sell anyone a house that he wouldn’t sell to his own family. Because of his years of experience, we felt that we were always looked after. He and his staff were always prompt in responding to our needs. He would show us any homes that we requested to view, and would provide comments about the neighborhoods, builders, etc. which really helped with our decision. Derrick also made us aware of how important it is to take resale into account when purchasing a home, not only was he helping us in the moment with our purchase, he was helping us out long term by focusing on all the things we wanted in a home as well as the things that buyers typically look for; in turn preparing us for a future sale. I also really liked that the other members of the Stretch Team were watching the market for listings which may appeal to us as well. They knew our needs, and nothing was missed. I would highly recommend using Derrick Stretch Realty when buying or selling, and will definitely be a life time repeat client myself. Real Estate is such a significant transaction in life, and we wanted someone who we knew would be on our side through the entire process as well as make us feel comfortable and informed, and Derrick sure did fill that role for us!

Lee Starks went above and beyond for us. He made the process Very Easy! He stayed after hours to meet with us, and he answered every question we had. He contacted the builder for us, and answer all of our questions. Lee was very easy to deal with, very professional, and very knowledgeable!
