Terrible agent; very immature and impatient. Save your time and money and go with other agents. They pushed me to by a property because they were representing the seller as well. They don't care about clients as they just want to close the deal quickly, make their commission, and walk away. -- Look at their long explanation; that clearly shows how desperate they are. He asked why I waited that long? Because I am a forgiving person but Seth is so immature and inexperienced, finally I decided to inform others of his poor service standards.

We went for a showing with wendy du lang neither her or her client had much to could not answer certain like was the water tested..when was the last time the oil tank was checked..they did however spend almost the entire time in the kitchen chatting in there launge i found that very rude

It was great to work with Jodie, Brenda and Shawn Lepp himself in the process of purchasing a new home and renting our previous house. Jodie was flexible and did everything that she could to accommodate our complex schedules. She gave us honest opinions and did not just try to sell us on something. With her help and encouragement we set realistic expectations and found a beautiful place that fit our “must have” and “really want” list, as well as our budget. Our new place is beautiful and we would definitely work with Jodie again - but hope not to have to move again anytime soon. Haha 😊 This team really cares about its clients and it shows. Jodie once even cancelled a personal appointment to set up a time sensitive offer. We could tell that she really cared and wanted us to be happy and that meant a lot. Shawn was extremely helpful in pricing our rental property and helped us to find tenants during the most undesirable time of year for relocating (dead of winter). Photos were taken in short order and we started to receive showing requests within 24 hours. There was consistent feedback and support throughout the entire process and we ended up getting above asking! Brenda walked us through each offer and ensured that our interests were protected. She was always communicative and went out of her way to address our concerns and ensure that we were comfortable. The best thing about this group is that they take a consultative approach - no pressure whatsoever. I could go on and on but just want to say thank you all for your help!!

Sales person Alyssa Jarvis is not clear in her communication regarding selling 50 Glynn Road, Ajax, house. She was not open to discuss the important facts of the house and was impersonal. We did not feel buying a house from this type of salesperson. We strongly recommend the owner to find an open-minded and friendly salesperson.
