Sold our house in Montreal and moved to Victoria. We consider ourselves very lucky to have had the chance to work with Richard here. Different markets, different ways. Richard provided intelligent advice at every step of the process. He understood rapidly what we were looking for and was super effective to organize visits and provide suggestions on proprieties we could be interested in. Always available, always helpful, always patient when we changed our minds. In the (always stressful) offer process Richard was professional knowledgeable, calm. He followed our needs and never put any pressure on us. A real pleasure to work with. Would need a 6th star for the rating.

I rented a townhouse at 5885 Clinton St. to Coldwell Banker agent Bob Day on July 18, 2016. I returned the house to him as representative of the owner Robert Henning on August 26, 2017 It has passed 43 days and I have not received back my Security Deposit. Bob Day was the agent and he was the agent for the owner to receive the property back. I have called him this week again and he does not answer any more. It is dishonest. I want my Security Deposit back from Robert Henning. When I rented the 5885 Clinton St., LA, CA 90004 townhouse I thought on Coldwell Banker as a trustable realty business. Now, after The nightmare I am going throu I will never rent a property from a Coldwell Banker agent nor recommend anybody to do it.
