The owners at this restaurant are their own worst enemy. First off, despite being assigned 1 person to coordinate with I ended up dealing with 3 different people to organize the party. The employee I dealt with was courteous, helpful and organized. He made the party planning very simple. But then the owners would get involved intermittently and sow confusion. For example, the week before the event I went and we discussed the table set-up. Everything was done calmly and logically with the employee. The day before the event one of the owners called me up saying she preferred doing it x or y way because it was better. Not what I needed to deal with 24 hours before the event. I am an event coordinator and found this completely inefficient and led to several things not turning out the way that was agreed up the day of. Another example: I discussed a children's menu beforehand with the employee. The one thing I repeated several times was that I wanted the children fed at the beginning of teh meal and a choice between pasta and pizza. The day of the event the owner present decided to change things. What happened? The children were left STARVING waiting for meals. In every other family restaurant, children are served early on - that is what we had discussed. that is what was expected. Furthermore, the service the day of the event was .... I lack words. The male aged owner kept yelling at his staff in front of my guests. Very rude and embarassing. The staff were very kind though and I felt terribly for them. The meals were sent out very inconsistently. Tables waited a long time for 1 or 2 people who weren't served. I wouldn't go back for sure. It's too bad though cause the food is good Italian food.

Slow unprofessional service. 22 minutes for 2 burgers. Not a word in English. Cold onion rings and fries.

Dirty tables. Dirty around soft drink area. Kids climbing on soft drink counter without anyone saying anything.

Food is great...staff is welcoming....clean place...we definitely come back.

First time I loved the place.Second time even more.15 years later still impressed.Great attention by staff and kitchen to keep clients happy.Bravo!

I'm obliged to give 1 star, if not I wouldn't give any. This was the worst costumer service I've ever had, I waited 25minutes for my meals. I work in a restaurant so I'm quite tolerant, but I was just observing the cooker walking from one side to the other without doing anything, if he was preparing other meals I would understand but NO! After all the time waiting I asked to talk with the responsible, and you know what?! NOBODY came to talk to me, and one of the employees was even mad AT ME and throwing the fries inside the plates saying they had too much orders and some employees didn't show up to work.. And?!?! Since I have arrived I've seen 3 meals being prepared and they say they are busy LOOL come on! Give me a break! I gave them a 2nd chance because when I went there the 1st time was practically the same, but I came back. Now you can be sure I'm not going back and I will do the possible and impossible to make you loose costumers. After all of this they offered me "an estie de brownie", as one of them said to the other thinking I wouldn't understand French. You gotta be well educated dude, to work with people you need to have ESTIE de EDUCATION! TERRIBLE, don't go there. And you know what? When I arrived at home I realized the meals were terrible prepared, like they are feeding pigs. Was even missing 2 salads.. Anyway.. Should close the doors.

Extremely rude and confrontational delivery individual who shows up with no change on them after an hour of waiting and gives me the option of either giving him a large tip or call the restaurant to ask for a driver with change and wait another hour for my already cold food. On top of that they forget part of my order then don't answer the phone for an hour until finally calling me back and accusing me of lying about it and said they would call their boss to find a resolution but never call back and then stop answering both me and just eat for 24 hours. Ridiculous.

Not kid friendly. My kid was playing with the bags of sugar not hurting anyone and the waitress said to stop cause it could bother the other clients... only 3 groups of old people. They clearly didnt want us there as it took em 10mins to just bring the menus. Not going back.

A mix of French Italian home made meals very good. Generous portions faire price.
