Absolutely amazing food! We have been three times and have tried different foods each time- the quality and tastiness of the food is outstanding!! Best restaurant for our date nights! The staff are incredibly friendly and the chief is very personable too! This is a must try this restaurant!

The most delicious pizza ever, and amazing staff who are all so friendly and kind. The Donair pizza is to die for; the donair sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted. Delivery is timely and takeout is great too. So many pizzas to choose from!

Super fast service and very nice staff

Always order the dinner for two meal here when I am craving some greasy battered fish and chips - the price is good and the food always hits the spot. My wife always get the mushy peas and although I do not like them, she says they taste great. So if you are into mushy peas I guess you should try them. I have only every ordered take out from this location so I can't comment much on the restaurant, but the food is always great - even after the drive back home, the fish stays crisp and the fries are not soggy. I usually feel very sad when I come here to pick up my food because of all the times I have been here I have never seen more than one table in the restaurant ever... not sure how they are still in business, but hopefully they stay around because they are the best place for fish and chips in St. Albert!

Food was really good. The customer service was great, the waitress we had was nice and was hilarious in giving my friend the training chop sticks when she saw her struggling. The restaurant is a nice small shop, and it feels very authentic.

Great staff great food though a little slower than we were used to. Will go back again for sure.

I was brought here by a close friend who had nothing but good things to say about Nello's. They were right. Amazing traditional Italian dining, great food, and great service. I will definitely go back.

Loved the variety of options on the menu, really unique flavour combinations! It was super busy so we waited longer than usual for food but makes sense given how full the restaurant was. Portion sizes are on the small side, but food was absolutely delicious. Great service also.

Came here last Thursday for pint night. Ordered the popcorn shrimp. When I dipped my shrimp into the cocktail sauce, NO SAUCE came out with it.. it looked like jelly. ALSO they watered down the ketchup and when I opened the bottle, ketchup was all over the table. To top it off, when I brought up these problems to my waitress, instead of apologizing on behalf of the establishment, she instead decided to tell me all the reasons why I was wrong (yes, im sure cocktail sauce is supposed to be solid). I couldnt believe the waitress decided to give attitude to one of the three tables in the building, causing us to leave. I just wanted my concerns to be heard. I have been warned about how skeezy this place can be, but decided to try it out anyways. Do Not make the same mistake I did.. Go check out one of the other nearby pubs who are willing to go the extra mile to earn your patronage.

Had it twice. The first time was beyond amazing and the second time we had squid and a couple different things than the first time and it wasn't as good. We will be sticking to ginger beef, sweet sour pork, and ginger chicken with the fried rice and won ton soup! And the spring rolls are good. I like going in to pick it up and having a tsing tao bottle of beer while I wait:D

Needs to invest in a sign so staff has clients to keep them busy!!!!!!! It’s only mediocre food and the staff seems miserable and isn’t present at all! Soooo slow it’s almost painful! Forever to get order taken and once food comes no sever ever comes back even to try and pay the bill! It’s crazy! You need either a hostess or on sight management to keep things moving! Also staff talks loudly in back about inappropriate things and the few clients seated can hear everything! Keep that in mind! Get a sign!! Stop investing in new floors? A sign will help keep staff busy!
