I went through the drive--thru and I was expecting quick and friendly service. It was exactly what I received.
Pita king
1061 W El Norte Pkwy, Escondido, California, 92026, United States
This place serves some of the best Mediterranean food you can find anywhere. The gyros are amazing, fresh onions, tomatoes, lettuce. Flavorful tzatziki sauce and perfect portions. You'll bring food home. If you're boushey, this isn't for you. This place is for people with big appetites for good food, not some napkin in your lap, salad fork type folks.
Jack In The Box
1050 W El Norte Pkwy, Escondido, California, 92026, United States
Food us really good. That is very true.
The only things i have issue with is the odor when you step inside and that the lobby floor feels like they mop with grease from in or around the fryer and not fresh water with a degreaser.
Killer Pizza From Mars
1040 W El Norte Pkwy, Escondido, California, 92026, United States
Had a great time visiting Killer Pizza From Mars. It's a typical family pizza joint with a cool space theme. Little green men and Star Wars toys abound and they even have a cool pin ball machine. Lots to great movie posters etc. The pizza was good, came out fast and as ordered. We also got mild chicken wings and they were great. I'm a Coke guy and they serve Pepsi products, so that's my only negitive. Check it out next time you are in Escondido. I'm a fan for sure.

Rubio's Coastal Grill

As an employee I think it's one of the best restaurants to eat at especially if you're in a rush because our waiting time is 10 minutes or less. Good to dine in even for a special occasion if you feel like letting yourself go to a big plate of seafood while thinking of the ocean! Bring the ocean right to your plate. Delicious!

We enjoyed the Chili Relleno burrito and Talapia dish. The flavors were amazing. Can't wait to try the mole dishes. We arrived around 4:30 pm, and the place filled up by 5:15 pm. Slight wait time on food is worth it.
