I drive all the way from Miami Gardens to go to the Miramar I love the customer service , got the chance to meet the manager Frank Mercado , he was so kind and welcomed us and made us feel comfortable , and this is my favorite place to go , the food is fresh And it taste great , best chipotle I have ever been to!

In my opinion the absolute best Italian food in Hialeah ! Amazing quality consistently, always cooked with fresh ingredients. Everything from pizza to pasta to desserts are outstanding. Very delicious food with an amazing friendly staff ! Very affordable as well, considering the awesome quality and large portions !

A very busy night, nonetheless I was served ok. Waited only about 5 minutes & was seated. My waitress was pleasant & kind for the most part, but not to attentive. Food wasn’t as hot as expected. But hey it was a busy night & I’m not super picky. I had the chipotle crispers & waffles. Great combination, waffles a bit sweet for me.

Pretty okay food but, unfortunately, awful service. Waitress was rude all times just because she assumed I was a tourist, while I even spoke Spanish to her as courtesy because she couldn't understand English. She was even reluctant to answer my questions, pretty logical specially since that was my first time going there.
At one point she even asked me with an attitude "you're not from here, right?" and almost bit her tongue when I told her I've lived in Miami for years.
This is a terrible example of customer service, specially from a place so close to the airport! I'll suggest tourists to stay far away, you won't be welcomed!

After a week long vacation, who would expect my best customer service experience to be at Nathans at the Miami airport? Great customer service from the beginning at the register. However, I was blow out of the water watching a worker named (I think) Marleen deliver me napkins, ketchup, and cleaning up the tables. She was obviously such a hard worker and happy at her job! Keep up the good work.
